not creative enough for a title - very tired.

Celebration weekend!! I'm down 10 pounds since August 8th from watching my calories and carbs and my diabetes levels are way down back to the normal range.  Wahoo for me!!!! :) I took the weekend to celebrate with lots of cookies, donuts, milk, etc.  

Menu for this SHORT week!  Paul and I leave for vacation on Thursday to Tofte, MN.  Pretty excited.  Boys are staying with Grandma and Grandpa J.  

Monday:  Left over stew I made yesterday.
Tuesday: Something easy like Spaghetti - 
Wednesday:  Cauliflower crust pizza (wish me luck on this one - its a new recipe and I'm suspicious).
Thursday:  Wine
Friday:  Hamms
Saturday: Coors Light
Sunday:  Grilled black bean and Sweet Potato burgers with a side salad.
